WILL I GET ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
After you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation that we received your order. Once we locate all your goodies, we will send you a shipment notification that indicates how many items were shipped, list any items were out-of-stock and we'll include a tracking # for you to follow-up on the delivery of your new items! We will not charge you credit card until the day it leaves our door.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Our online store is Verisign Secured, so you can order from your desk or laptop with confidence. If we try to enter your card and encounter a problem, we will call or email you right away. For this reason, it is very important to give us correct information when filling out your customer profile and an appropriate daytime phone number. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
WHAT TAX WILL I BE CHARGED?
If you live outside the state of Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax. Inside the state of Colorado, you will be charged the standard state tax.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We will ship anywhere in the Continental US and Canada using UPS or the United States Post Office. We do not offer delivery internationally or to APO addresses at this time.
WHAT WILL YOU CHARGE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
After we receive your order, your package will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days. This extended ship time allows us to bring you the amazing deals that we receive directly from the manufacturer. A flat ship charge of $8.00 will be charged for all orders under $200. Over $200, $15.00.
What IF I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We hope that you will love your new items, but we completely understand how hard it is to get the exact fit you hope for. 2DayDash will happily exchange or return an item within 30 days of it arriving at your door, unless otherwise stated as a "non-returnable" in the item description. The items must be unworn and have all labels still attached. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we will do our best to get you the correct size, if we no longer have stock in that size, we will let you know immediately. To return a package, please follow these steps:
1. Call Customer Service at 1-888-588-3274 from 9am-5pm cst Monday-Friday. You can also email us at info@2daydash.com. The customer service representative will give you a return authorization number (RA#).
2. Pack your items in a box with a copy of your sales receipt. Write your RA# on the receipt and the outside of the box.
3. If you want to do an exchange, please write the new item numbers and sizes on the receipt. We will not charge you for shipping on the replacement items.
4. Send the package to: 2DayDash, 191 University Blvd #316, Denver, CO 80206. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. 2DayDash is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, 2DayDash will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
5. We will credit your card upon receipt and inspection of the items.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AND ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED DURING THE 2DayDash SALE?
In order to offer the amazing prices you see during the 2DayDash sales, we can only accept returns on sale items for merchandise credit. You will have 30 days to return the merchandise and once we receive the item we will apply the credit to your 2DayDash account. We will automatically apply your credit to your next purchase.
